Kellie looks after our most important asset: our People. She has been in China for almost a decade and understands the intricacies and challenges of building great teams in this market.  She worked at Hudson Recruitment in Shanghai as Managing Consultant. She has excellent experience in talent management and business development. 

Based in Shanghai, she leads the HR department is responsible for the development and strategy of DDB China Group's talent.  

Kellie graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business. Kellie joined DDB China Group as HR Director in 2010.
